- 2Grams (g) Butter
- 2CupYogurt

Place the sausage in a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté without oil until it browns in its own fat.

Add the onion slices, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the sausage and sauté well until the vegetables soften slightly.

Add the frozen green beans and stir with the rest of the ingredients.

Add soy sauce, mustard, and hot sauce (optional), then season with salt, pepper, cumin, thyme, and garlic powder.

Mix everything together well until combined.

Add the spinach and stir for 2 minutes until it wilts.

In a separate bowl, mash the potatoes with butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and yogurt until creamy.
