Steps

    Dice the chicken, onions, and bell peppers into cubes

    Season the chicken and vegetables (peppers, onions, and mushrooms) with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, olive oil, and mayonnaise, preferably for 2 hours.

    Place the chicken, vegetables and mushrooms the wooden sticks as shown in the video

    Grill the chicken and vegetables on the grill until cooked through.

    Brush the chicken with chili mayonnaise

    Place the chicken on top of the bread and serve as a main course with vegetables
