- 6Grams (g) Ground meat

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Coriander
- 1Psc.Chicken stock
- 1BunchGreen Coriander
- 3Psc.Minced garlic cloves

Cook your favorite pasta in boiling water until done, then drain, reserving 1 cup of cooking water.

For the filling, heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion with minced meat and season with salt, black pepper, cinnamon, and coriander.

Stir the meat until fully cooked, then remove from heat.

To prepare the sauce, mix yoghurt with salt and cornstarch in a bowl, then add the reserved cooking water and stir well.

Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously until it boils and thickens.

Mix the pasta and the filling with the sauce

Adjust the salt to taste and add more water if needed, then add chicken broth and stir well.

For garnishing, heat olive oil, add minced garlic and fresh coriander, and sauté until aromatic.
