Ingredients
- 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken
- 1.25Grams (g) Sweet corn
- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 2CupFlour
- 1Cupwater
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 1CupOlive oil
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper

Add a tablespoon of butter with a little olive oil

Add chicken thighs, or you can use chicken breasts

Sauté the chicken until it turns golden on both sides with a sprinkle of salt and black pepper.

Add an onion, a bay leaf, and hot water, then let the chicken cook.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pot and let it cool slightly.

In another pot, add a tablespoon of butter, olive oil, and finely chopped onion.

Sauté the onion until it softens.

Add a cup of sweet corn and stir it with the onion.

Add a liter of chicken broth and let it simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.

After 15 minutes, use a hand blender to blend the mixture slightly.

Add two tablespoons of flour dissolved in water.

Add the shredded chicken after seasoning it with black pepper and salt.
