Ciabatta Bread
Ingredients
- 400CupFlour
- 350Cupwater
- 35CupOlive oil
- 8Grams (g) Instant yeast
- 8PinchSalt

Mix all the ingredients together until the dough is smooth and well combined, then let it rest for 30 minutes.

Wet our hands slightly with water and give the dough its first fold, as shown in the reference video.

Repeat the folding process 2–3 more times every 15–20 minutes, then allow the dough to ferment and rise. (If the dough spreads too much, we can fold it again earlier without waiting the full time.)

Sprinkle flour on the work surface, transfer the dough, and cut it into pieces of the preferred size.

Place the pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and let them rest for another 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F) and bake the bread with steam for about 15 minutes. (To create steam, place a tray with hot water in the bottom of the oven while baking.)
