Steps

    In a pot over heat, we add olive oil and canola oil, then add the chopped onions and stir until they soften. Next, we add the diced chicken breasts and stir until they change color. Then we add the seven spices paste, bay leaves, and cardamom

    After the chicken is browned, we add the washed and soaked freekeh that has been soaked for one hour
