  • 1CupHoney
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1To TasteStevia sugar
  • 1CupStrawberry
  • 1CupYogurt

Steps

    Toast the kunafa in the air fryer at 200°C for 5 minutes until golden and crispy.

    Add the water syrup with the sweetener (stevia or honey) to the kunafa and mix well.

    Place half of the kunafa mixture in a mold and press it firmly.

    Spread half of the strawberries over the kunafa, then add the yogurt sweetened with stevia and vanilla.

    Add the remaining strawberries and top with the rest of the kunafa.

    Refrigerate the dessert until set.
