Cut the lamb into thin slices and pound them well.

Season the lamb slices with salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar.

Add a tablespoon of butter and two tablespoons of olive oil to a hot skillet.

Place the lamb slices in the skillet and add garlic cloves on top.

Cover the skillet and cook the lamb for 7 minutes over medium heat.

Flip the slices and cook for an additional 7 minutes.

Sauté the mushrooms in the same oil in the skillet.

Cover the mushrooms and let them cook until tender and golden.

Mix one and a half tablespoons of cornstarch with one cup of cold water

Add the cornstarch mixture to the mushrooms while stirring constantly.

Add more water, salt, and pepper to taste.

Return the lamb slices to the skillet with the mushrooms and cover for 5 minutes.
