    Prepare the marinade by mixing yogurt, ketchup, mustard, pomegranate molasses, soy sauce

    We add shish taouk seasoning powder, smoked paprika, thyme, minced garlic, and honey until well combined.

    Cut the chicken into cubes and coat it in the marinade. Let it rest for at least two hours to absorb the flavors.

    Cut the onion and bell peppers into medium-sized pieces.

    We soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before use
