Ingredients

  • 1CupOrzo
  • 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Sweet Paprika
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 2Psc.Cucumber
  • 3Psc.Green onion
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Dill
  • 100Grams (g) Halloumi cheese
  • 1Psc.lemon
  • 3CupOlive oil

Steps

    Boil the orzo in salted water until tender, then drain and let it cool completely.

    Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, paprika and garlic powder

    Chop the cucumbers, green onions, and dill into small pieces.

    Cut the Halloumi cheese into cubes and pan-fry them in hot olive oil until golden and crispy.

    In a large bowl, combine the cooked orzo, chopped vegetables, and fried Halloumi

    Add the lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Mix well.

    In a pan, heat a bit of olive oil and grill the seasoned chicken breast until fully cooked.

    Slice the chicken and place it on top of the salad before serving.
