We wash and clean the chicken.

We prepare all the marinade ingredients and add them to the chicken, mixing well.

We let the chicken marinate for at least two hours (you can prepare and marinate it a day ahead).

In a cake mold, we arrange the chicken, cover it with baking paper, and press with another mold to keep the chicken compact.

We place the tray in the oven at 200°C and bake it for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, we remove the paper and the tray, discard the remaining liquids, and leave it in the oven for another 30 minutes without covering.
