We mix 1 kilogram of yogurt well and then strain it until we achieve a creamy consistency.

We mix 3 tablespoons of cornstarch with a cup of milk, and then add it to the yogurt.

We place the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens.

We place the lamb fat in a pan over medium heat.

We add chopped onions and sauté them well until the onions become translucent.

We add the pre-cooked meat and let it cook until it takes on a golden color.

We add the meat and onion mixture to the yogurt sauce.

We sauté half a cup of vermicelli in a pot with a little ghee or oil until it turns golden brown.
