  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 3.5CupSugar
  • 4.5CupMilk
  • 1.5CupOil
  • 5Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa
  • 3CupFlour
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Clove
  • 200Grams (g) Biscuit
  • 2Grams (g) Butter
  • 500Grams (g) Dark chocolate
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream

Steps

    Beat the eggs with vanilla and sugar until fluffy. Add milk, oil, and cocoa powder, and mix well.

    Sift flour and baking powder (with spices if desired), then add gradually. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.

    Melt butter in a pot over low heat with milk, cocoa, and sugar.

    Stir until combined and let cool slightly. then add it to the broken biscuits and mix until coated

    Pour the mixture into the mold and press gently.

    Melt the chocolate and pour over the lazy cake layer. Place the chocolate cake layer over the lazy cake. Chill for 1 hour.

    Lightly poke the cake and soak with milk. Add the outer layer (melted chocolate with cream).

    Refrigerate for 3 hours.
