    Soak the almonds in hot water for 10 minutes to make peeling easier.

    Peel the almonds and cut each one in half using a small knife.

    Drain the raisins thoroughly using a strainer.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a suitable frying pan over medium heat.

    Add the halved almonds to the hot ghee and stir until they start to turn lightly golden.
