  • 0.5CupSugar
  • 1CupFine semolina
  • 400To TasteMozzarella
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water

Steps

    In a non-stick pan, bring the water and sugar to a boil and add the semolina and blossom water. Stir until the mixture thickens.

    Gradually add the cheese, stirring until it melts completely. Let it cool for 1-2 minutes before working with it. The dough should still be warm to easily spread.

    Place plastic wrap on a clean surface and brush it with cold syrup. Wet your hands with syrup and spread the dough into a rectangular shape. Place a portion of cold cream along the edge of the dough.

    Roll the dough into a log using the plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes to firm up. Cut into pieces, drizzle with syrup, and garnish with ground pistachios.
