  • 1CupMilk
  • 1PacketCaramel
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Sea Salt
  • 0.5CupButterscotch Syrup

Steps

    Cut 8-10 mini croissants into small pieces and toast them in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5-10 minutes.

    Heat 1 liter of milk with 1/2 cup of butterscotch syrup

    Add a layer of caramel on top of the toasted croissants.

    Soak the croissants with the milk mixture, then add another layer of caramel.

    Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes or until the top is crispy

    Sprinkle sea salt on top and serve hot.

    You can use store-bought caramel or prepare it at home.
