Ingredients

- 1Psc.Onion
- 2Psc.Green pepper
- 1Psc.Red bell pepper
- 1Psc.Tomato
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Soy sauce
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Hot Sauce
- 100SlicesRumi cheese
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 1ClovesMinced garlic

First, we roast the red bell pepper directly over a gas flame or in the oven until the outer skin is charred.

We let it cool, then peel off the skin and cut it into strips.

We slice the onion thinly and also slice the green bell peppers.

We melt the butter in a wide pan over medium heat.

We sauté the onion and green pepper slices in the butter until soft and fragrant.

We add the sausage and stir until browned and fully cooked.

Once the sausage is cooked, we add the minced garlic and stir for one minute

We then add the diced tomatoes and the roasted red pepper strips.

We add the soy sauce and the hot sauce or sriracha (if using).

We stir all the ingredients together for an additional 2 minutes so the flavors combine.

We sprinkle Roumy cheese over the sausage mixture in the pan.

We cover the pan and let it sit over low heat until the cheese fully melts.
