- 1.5Psc.Crab
- 1Grams (g) Shrimp
- 1.5Cupwater
- 1PinchSalt
- 2CupFlour
- 1Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
- 1BunchParsley
Steps

Place butter and oil in a pot over medium heat.

Add crushed garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add onion powder and garlic powder, stirring well.

Add ginger and pepper, stirring thoroughly.

Add cleaned crabs and gently mix by shaking the pot to avoid breaking them.

Add peeled and cleaned shrimp and mix with the crabs.

Add water and salt to taste.

Remove the foam that appears on the surface as soon as the soup starts boiling.

Cover the pot and cook for 12 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour with a little water until smooth.
