Ingredients

  • 1Psc.Green chili pepper

Steps

    Poke holes in the eggplant using a fork or knife.

    Place the eggplant in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.

    Once cooled, peel the eggplant and place it in a food processor.

    Add the tahini, green chili, garlic, and parsley to the food processor.

    Blend the ingredients until smooth and well-combined.

    Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add black pepper, cumin, coriander, and salt.
