- 1CupVermicelli
- 2.5PinchSalt
- 3.5Liters (L)Hot water
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 1CupMinced parsley
- 1CupRoasted pine nuts

We wash the rice several times until the water becomes clear.

We soak the rice in water for 20 minutes.

In a pot, we add the vegetable oil and vermicelli, and we keep stirring until the vermicelli turns light golden.

We add the soaked and drained rice along with the salt, and we mix everything well.

We pour the hot water and stir the mixture.

Once it starts boiling, we cover the pot.

We reduce the heat to the lowest level and leave the rice to cook for 10 minutes.

We turn off the heat and leave the pot covered for another 10 minutes to finish cooking.

We add the butter and gently fluff the rice with a fork.
