  • 1Cupwater
  • 1CupMilk
  • 1Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
  • 1PacketChantilly cream
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
  • 1CupSugar
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 1PinchStar Anise

Steps

    We wash the rice, soak it for an hour and then drain it

    Boil 1/2 cup of rice (you can add an additional 1/4 cup) over low heat, stirring constantly to avoid sticking.

    Add an additional half cup of water if needed for the rice to cook and reach the desired consistency as shown in the video.

    Add a liter of milk, a cup of cream, cream, and sugar

    Add flavoring to taste (mastic, cinnamon, star anise, blossom water).

    Dissolve the creme chantilly in a cup of cream, then add it to the milk.

    Dissolve the starch in a cup of milk, then add it to the mixture, stirring until it thickens

    Divide the milk rice into serving dishes and refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Garnish with cinnamon and nuts.
