Steps

    Peel three potatoes and cut them into thin slices.

    Fry the potato slices in deep oil until they turn golden.

    Arrange the potato slices in a baking dish.

    Place half a kilogram of chicken pieces (wings or thighs) over the potatoes.

    Add three-quarters of a cup of water and the juice of one lemon to the dish.

    Season the chicken and potatoes with salt, pepper, and one teaspoon of paprika.

    Brush the chicken with olive oil.

    Bake the dish in a preheated oven from the bottom at 120°C with the fan for 15 minutes
