Ingredients

- 2To TasteZucchini
- 2Psc.Eggplant
- 2Psc.Potato
- 2Psc.Tomato
- 3Psc.Bell Peppers
- 4Psc.Small onions
- 1Psc.Garlic bulb
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Crushed red pepper
- 0.25CupOlive oil
Steps

Place the diced meat in the tray and add zucchini, eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes, and colored bell peppers.

Add the small onions and the halved garlic head.

Season all the ingredients with salt, black pepper, and red pepper.

Add a generous amount of olive oil.

Mix all ingredients well to evenly distribute the seasoning and oil.

Cover the tray with parchment paper, then aluminum foil.

Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180–200°C for 40–60 minutes.

Remove the tray from the oven and lightly brown the top.

Spread a layer of dough over the tray (optional).

Brush the dough with oil or butter (optional).

Return the tray to the oven until the dough is golden, about 10 minutes.

For smoking, place burning charcoal in a piece of foil inside the tray and cover it with toasted bread (optional).
