  • 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken Strips

Steps

    Prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup, barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Stir well.

    In a pot over medium heat, add oil and sugar, then stir until caramelized.

    Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.

    Add the mixed spices, ginger, turmeric, paprika, and black pepper, then stir well.

    We add the vegetable broth powder, then we add a vegetable broth cube.

    Add three tablespoons of the prepared sauce and mix.

    Add the white rice and stir well until it absorbs the flavors.

    Pour in water or vegetable broth and mix everything together.

    Add chili powder and salt if desired and stir.

    Cover the pot and let the rice cook on low heat until tender.

    Add the pre-cooked crispy chicken strips.
