Steps

    In a pan, add olive oil and butter. Once heated, add garlic and rosemary, sauté for 3-5 minutes.

    Add the frozen shrimp. Once the shrimp turns color, add the sun-dried tomato and stir for 2 minutes.

    Add saffron pasta (or saffron threads), then add the pasta. Gradually add hot water until the pasta is cooked (add more water if needed).

    The pasta becomes creamy and delicious due to the starch in the pasta and butter. Stir continuously.
