  • 500Grams (g) Ground meat
  • 1Psc.White Onion
  • 4ClovesGarlic
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 12CupCherry tomato
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
  • 1.5Cupwater

    Grate the onion and squeeze it to remove excess juice.

    In a bowl, add the minced meat, onion, spices (cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper), and knead the mixture well for 3-5 minutes.

    Shape the meat mixture into meatballs or kebab sticks.

    Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat

    Add the kebabs to the pan and fry them well until they turn brown and crispy, flipping them occasionally.

    Chop the tomatoes and garlic, then add them to the pan.

    Once the tomatoes soften and the garlic fries, mix the tomato paste with water, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl and add it to the meatballs

    Let the mixture boil on high heat for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens

    Serve the kebabs with rice or any preferred side
