  • 35CupSugar
  • 85CupMilk
  • 100CupWhipping cream
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Pumpkin spice
  • 1Psc.Ginger biscuits

Steps

    We place the pumpkin purée in a suitable bowl.

    We add the sugar or sweetener to the pumpkin purée.

    We add the milk to the mixture.

    We add the whipping cream.

    We mix all the ingredients well using a whisk until smooth.

    We add the pumpkin spice.

    We mix the mixture again until all ingredients are fully combined.

    We pour the mixture into the ice cream maker container up to the allowed fill line

    We freeze the container for at least 3 hours.

    We place the container into the machine and set it to the ice cream function.

    We add the gingerbread cookies (optional) on top of the frozen mixture.

    We run the machine again on the “mix-ins” function to blend the cookies into the ice cream.
