  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese
  • 0.5CupPowdered sugar

Steps

    In a bowl, we mix the sugar, eggs, heavy cream, and oil, then whisk for two minutes.

    We add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon, then fold them in gently.

    We pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined baking pan (English cake pan or 20x20 cm pan).

    We bake in a preheated oven at 170-175°C (top and bottom heat + turbo) for about 30 minutes, depending on the oven.

    Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/4 cup of whipping cream until smooth.
