    In a pan with vegetable oil, we sauté the onions until they turn golden, then add the fish heads and stir

    We add one and a half liters of water and let it simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

    We fry the fish until it turns golden and is fully cooked, then strain it from the water and remove the heads.

    We blend the broth with water in a blender, then strain it and return it to the pot, adding salt, cumin, and black pepper.

    We add the rice to a pot with oil and stir, then add the broth and let it simmer on low heat until absorbed, adding a spoonful of ghee before serving.
