Ingredients

  • 300Grams (g) Plain Biscuits
  • 1.5CupMilk
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Nescafè
  • 0.5CupSugar
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 5Grams (g) Butter
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 60Grams (g) Dark chocolate
  • 60Grams (g) Milk Chocolate
  • 1CupOil
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Crushed Peanuts

    Cut 300 g of biscuits into large chunks.

    In a pot, add the milk, cocoa powder, instant coffee, sugar, butter, and cornstarch. Whisk while cold until the cocoa and cornstarch dissolve completely.

    Place the pot over medium heat and cook until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens slightly.

    After boiling, add the vanilla and remove from heat.

    Let the mixture cool slightly, then pour it over the biscuit chunks and fold gently to avoid breaking them.

    Line a baking pan with parchment paper, pour in the biscuit mixture, and press it down lightly.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.

    Melt the chocolate (120 g) in the microwave or over a double boiler, then stir in the oil.

    Mix the melted chocolate with the chopped peanuts.

    Remove the pan from the fridge and pour the chocolate–peanut mixture on top of the biscuit layer.

    Return to the fridge for another 30 minutes to set the topping.

    Cut into desired shapes and serve cold.
