Potato Wedges

- 0.25CupGrated Parmesan cheese
- 1CupCoarse breadcrumbs
- 0.25CupOlive oil
- 1ClovesMinced garlic
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Turmeric powder
- 1PinchSalt

We peel the potatoes and cut each one into quarters, then cut each quarter in half to make wedges.

We place the wedges in a bowl, cover them with hot water and a bit of salt, and leave them to soak for 20 minutes.

In a separate bowl, we mix the grated cheese, cornstarch, spices (paprika, pepper, turmeric, garlic powder), and garlic if using, then set this mixture aside.

We drain the potatoes and dry them well using a clean towel.

We place the wedges in a plastic bag or deep bowl, add olive oil, and mix well to coat.

We add the cheese and spice mixture and mix again until evenly coated.

We sprinkle in the breadcrumbs and mix one final time.

We arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.

We bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
