Potato Wedges

- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Ketchup
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Dijon mustard
- 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Sweet Paprika
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Sweet relish

Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water, then cut them into even-sized wedges

In a large bowl, place the potato wedges and add thyme, paprika, garlic powder, salt, chili flakes, black pepper, and olive oil

Toss the ingredients together until all the potato wedges are evenly coated with the seasoning.

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).

Arrange the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.

Cook the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking or flipping them 2 to 3 times during cooking, until golden, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.

Serve the potato wedges hot with the prepared side sauce.

To prepare the side sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and sweet relish

Add the sweet paprika and stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with salt and black pepper as desired
