Steps

    Add the dried tomatoes to the food processor

    Add the onion powder to the food processor.

    Add all the remaining spices.

    Grind all the ingredients together in the food processor until smooth

    Place the spice mix in a bowl along with a piece of lit charcoal.

    Add a bit of any fat (like oil or ghee) to the charcoal and cover the bowl for 10 minutes

    Stir halfway through to help the smoky aroma spread throughout the mix.
