Ingredients

  • 1SlicesToast
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pizza sauce
  • 1CupBlack olives
  • 1Psc.Green pepper
  • 1To TasteMozzarella
  • 1CanCheddar
  • 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken Strips
  • 1CupPanko bread crumbs
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Buttermilk

Steps

    We cut the appropriate edges of the toast and flatten them as shown in the video.

    Add pizza sauce on top of the toast.

    Add chopped black olives.

    Add small pieces of chopped green bell peppers.

    Add strips of chicken (you can also add mortadella, turkey hot dog, or pepperoni if desired).

    Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

    We roll the toast with the filling tightly, applying water to the edges to seal them.

    Dip the rolls in liquid milk.

    Coat them with Japanese breadcrumbs

    We place them in the freezer for 30 minutes.

    We preheat the air fryer to 220°C for 5 minutes. Then, we take the pizza rolls out of the freezer, spray them with oil if desired, and place them in the air fryer for 15 minutes.
