- 100Grams (g) White quinoa

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave.

In a dry skillet without any oil, add the quinoa and toast it over medium heat. You’ll hear popping sounds, and the quinoa will change from white to a dark yellow color. Once the popping stops, the quinoa is ready.

Add the toasted quinoa to the melted chocolate and mix well.

Arrange the dried fruits (raisins or dried jujube) in the chocolate mold, then pour the chocolate mixture on top.

Gently shake the mold to remove any air bubbles.

You can make plain chocolate or add other preferred ingredients, like nuts or other dried fruits.If no chocolate molds are available, you can pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
