Penne Pasta with Arrabbiata Sauce
Ingredients

- 10ClovesGarlic
- 1PinchRed chili flakes
- 2CupPeeled tomatoes
- 1PacketPenne Pasta
- 1CupCherry tomato
- 0.5Grams (g) Parmesan cheese
- 0.25CupMinced parsley
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Liters (L)Hot water

Cut the garlic into slices

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and stir until fragrant, making sure not to brown the garlic.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves, then add them to the pan.

Add a tablespoon of water to help deglaze and bring out the flavors.

Add the canned peeled tomatoes with their juice, and stir the mixture.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and let the sauce simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until it thickens.

Meanwhile, boil the penne pasta in salted water according to the package instructions, then drain.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well until evenly coated.

Stir in the chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese, and an extra drizzle of olive oil.
