Steps

    We mix the dough ingredients together by placing (2 cups flour + 2 tablespoons milk powder + 1 tablespoon sugar + a pinch of salt + 2 tablespoons oil + 1 tablespoon yeast + warm water for kneading + 1 egg + black seeds)

    knead them well until we get a smooth dough

    We leave the dough to rise for 1 hour.

    After the dough rises, we divide it into small balls and roll them out to make small circles.

    In a frying pan on the fire, put the dough circles and leave them until browned on both sides, turning them over

    To prepare the sauce, mix (mayonnaise + ranch + black pepper + garlic powder).

    For the filling, we use (chicken burger without breadcrumbs) and either fry or grill it as desired.

    Spread the sauce over the dough and then place the burgers

    Add lettuce, tomatoes and white onions and serve
