Ingredients
- 1.5CupFull cream milk
- 1.5CupCoconut milk
- 1CupWhipping cream
- 5CupSugar
- 5Tablespoons (tbsp)Corn Starch
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
- 1CupFrozen berries
- 1Psc.Lemon juice

We mix 1.5 cups of full-fat milk with 1.5 cups of unsweetened coconut milk in a pot.

Add 1 cup of cream, 5-6 tablespoons of sugar, and 5 tablespoons of cornstarch.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of orange blossom water.

We stir the mixture over medium heat until it thickens and reaches the consistency of a pudding

We take a small bag of frozen raspberries, add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and a splash of lime or lemon juice.

We cook the mixture over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until it softens and thickens

We pour the Muhallabieh into cups and top it with raspberry sauce.
