نقوم بوضع كوب من الحليب في وعاء.

Add ¾ tablespoon of crème caramel powder.

نضيف إليه ثلاثة أرباع ملعقة كبيرة من الكريم كراميل

Dissolve the mixture while cold until smooth.

نذيب المكونات على البارد حتى تتجانس.

Place the saucepan over heat and stir continuously until it starts to boil

نضع الوعاء على النار ونقلب باستمرار حتى يبدأ الخليط بالغليان.

Pour the caramel sauce into a serving cup.

نضع صوص الكراميل في كوب التقديم.

Pour the hot crème caramel mixture over it.

نصب فوقه خليط الكريم كراميل الساخن.

نزين الوجه بالمكسرات حسب الرغبة.

In another saucepan, add the second cup of milk.

في وعاء آخر، نضع كوب الحليب الثاني.

Add two packets of chocolate drink (cocoa).

Add the zest of one whole orange and one teaspoon of cornstarch.

نضيف بشر برتقالة كاملة وملعقة صغيرة من النشا.

Mix all ingredients while cold until well combined.

نقلب المكونات على البارد حتى تذوب جيدًا.

Place over heat and stir constantly until the mixture boils.

Turn off the heat and strain the drink before serving for a smooth texture.

Roll the sides of the balls in crushed pistachios or almonds if you like.

Leave the balls as-is (they will spread slightly when baked) or gently flatten them with your fingers or by pressing a nut on top.

Place the 750 grams of cake & biscuit flour in a large mixing bowl.

You can close the ends of the ring with a gentle press or decorate with a pistachio or almond in the center.

Pipe oval or round rings onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pressing out any air from the bag.

Mix the dry ingredients together using a spatula until well combined.

Mix all the ingredients together until the dough is smooth and well combined, then let it rest for 30 minutes.

نخلط جميع المكونات معًا حتى تصبح العجينة متجانسة وناعمة، ثم نتركها ترتاح لمدة ٣٠ دقيقة

Wet our hands slightly with water and give the dough its first fold, as shown in the reference video.

Repeat the folding process 2–3 more times every 15–20 minutes, then allow the dough to ferment and rise. (If the dough spreads too much, we can fold it again earlier without waiting the full time.)

نكرر عملية الطي ٢–٣ مرات إضافية كل ١٥–٢٠ دقيقة، ثم نترك العجينة لتتخمر وتزداد حجمها. (إذا انتشرت العجينة أكثر من اللازم، يمكننا طيّها مرة أخرى دون انتظار الوقت الكامل).

Sprinkle flour on the work surface, transfer the dough, and cut it into pieces of the preferred size.

نرش الدقيق على سطح العمل، ثم ننقل العجينة ونقسمها إلى القطع بالحجم الذي نفضله

Place the pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and let them rest for another 20 minutes.

نضع القطع على صينية مغطاة بورق خبز، ونتركها لترتاح لمدة ٢٠ دقيقة أخرى.

Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F) and bake the bread with steam for about 15 minutes. (To create steam, place a tray with hot water in the bottom of the oven while baking.)
