نضع الحليب في وعاء مناسب.

نضيف الكاكاو إلى الحليب.

نضيف القهوة سريعة الذوبان.

نضع مكعب الشوكولاتة الصغير.

Stir all ingredients well while cold until fully combined.

نخلط جميع المكونات جيدًا على البارد حتى تتجانس.

Heat the pot over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture boils.

نرفع الوعاء على نار متوسطة مع التحريك المستمر حتى يغلي الخليط.

نسكب المشروب في الكوب المفضل لدينا.

Sprinkle a little cocoa on top for decoration.

ننخل الطحين مع البيكنج باودر ورشة الملح، ثم نضيفه تدريجيًا إلى الخليط مع التحريك حتى نحصل على قوام متجانس.

نسخّن مقلاة غير لاصقة على نار هادئة.

Pour a portion of the batter into the pan and let it cook until golden on the bottom.

نصب مقدارًا من الخليط في المقلاة، ونتركه حتى يأخذ لونًا ذهبيًا من الأسفل.

Flip it to the other side and cook until golden brown.

نقلبه على الجهة الأخرى ونتركه حتى يكتسب اللون الذهبي.

Repeat until all the batter is used, then serve the pancakes warm.

نكرر العملية حتى انتهاء الكمية، ثم نقدّم البان كيك ساخنًا.

We mix the ground fenugreek with turmeric, salt, citric acid, and chili powder in a bowl.

نخلط الحلبة المطحونة مع الكركم والملح وملح الليمون والشطة في وعاء.

We take three tablespoons of the dry mix into a preparation bowl.

نأخذ ثلاث ملاعق من الخليط الجاف في وعاء التحضير.

We add one and a half cups of hot water and whisk until smooth.

We let the amba rest for 15 minutes before serving.

نبرّد العجينة في الثلاجة 20 دقيقة.

نشكّل كرات صغيرة حوالي 10 جرام.

نزين كل كرة بفستق أو مكسرات.

نخبز على حرارة 150 لمدة 10–12 دقيقة.

Let the ghorayeba cool for 2 hours before moving.
