Ingredients

  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Cress seeds
  • 1Cupwater
  • 1CupMilk
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)cardamon
  • 0.5PinchSaffron
  • 1CupSugar
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Custard Powder

Steps

    We clean the rocket seeds, wash them thoroughly, and soak them in a cup of water for 45 to 60 minutes.

    Heat the milk in a pot

    Add the soaked rocket seeds, stirring for about 15 minutes until the seeds are cooked

    Stir the milk occasionally to prevent it from sticking or burning.

    Add the cardamom and saffron to the milk, continuing to stir.

    Add the sugar to taste and stir well.

    Dissolve two tablespoons of custard powder in half a cup of milk, then add it to the mixture.

    Let the mixture come to a boil, and the drink will be ready to serve.
