Steps

    We sauté the chopped onion and crushed garlic with whole spices (cinnamon, dried lime, bay leaves) in a pressure cooker.

    We add tomato paste and blended tomatoes, then stir well.

    We add ground spices (kabsa spice mix, salt, black pepper, and a vegetable stock cube) and mix them in.

    We add vegetables (carrots, potatoes, bell peppers, and chili peppers) with hot water.

    We add the pasta and mix well.

    We close the pressure cooker and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until the pasta and vegetables are cooked.
