- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Instant coffee
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 3Grams (g) Plain Biscuits

Add a liter of milk, starch, sugar, cocoa, instant coffee, flour, a pinch of salt, and vanilla to a cold saucepan and stir with a hand whisk until completely mixed.

Place the pot over the heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens, then add the cream and stir until well combined

Turn off the heat, add the butter, and stir until it melts and blends into the mixture.

Dip the biscuits in half a cup of milk, then arrange a layer of them in a Pyrex dish.

Spread a layer of the cocoa mixture over the biscuits, and repeat the layers in the same order until you reach the final layer, making the top cocoa layer thicker.

Place the dish in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
