Steps

    In a pot, heat vegetable oil and add whole spices (black pepper, cardamom, cloves, a stick of cinnamon, and bay leaves) and stir briefly.

    Add the meat and sauté until it takes on color, then add water, cover the pot, and let it cook for 45 to 50 minutes.

    To prepare the rice, soak it for 15 minutes, then rinse and drain it. Add spices (turmeric, black pepper, mixed spices, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt) and stir well.

    Add salt to the meat.

    Layering: Place parchment paper in the pot, then add the meat, followed by the fried eggplant and potatoes, and then the rice with the meat broth.
