  • 200Psc.Grated tomatoes
  • 100Tablespoons (tbsp)Chopped White Onion
  • 1To TasteGrape Leaves
  • 1Psc.Chicken stock

    Put the chopped onion in a wooden bowl.

    Add the minced meat.

    Add the chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, coriander).

    Add the grated tomatoes.

    Add the washed and drained brown rice.

    Add salt, paprika, black pepper, and mixed spices.

    Mix all the ingredients well until fully combined.

    Start stuffing the grape leaves (or zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, cabbage) with the mixture.

    Make sure to roll the leaves tightly to prevent them from opening while cooking.

    Arrange the stuffed vegetables in a pot with onion slices at the bottom.

    Pour fat-free chicken broth over the stuffed vegetables until covered.
