Put the chopped onion in a wooden bowl.

Add the minced meat.

Add the chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, coriander).

Add the grated tomatoes.

Add the washed and drained brown rice.

Add salt, paprika, black pepper, and mixed spices.

Mix all the ingredients well until fully combined.

Start stuffing the grape leaves (or zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, cabbage) with the mixture.
