We cut the cabbage as shown in the video

Boil water in a large pot and place the cabbage leaves in it for a few minutes until they are soft, then remove them and let them cool.

Prepare the filling by mixing the minced meat with the washed rice, salt, black pepper, seven spices, paprika, crushed garlic, tomato paste, and vegetable oil, and mix well

Place an appropriate amount of filling in each sheet and roll it up tightly.

In the crockpot, stack the cabbage, then add the green pepper or your favorite vegetable

Add garlic and lemon slices to taste

To prepare the sauce, mix the water with 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, salt, dry mint, paprika, and chili pepper, then pour the mixture over the cabbage to cover it.

Add a pinch of dried mint, then place a plate on the cabbage and close the pot

Place the pot over medium heat until it starts to boil, then lower the heat and leave it for 20 minutes until the rice is cooked and the rolls absorb the sauce, leaving the stock to dry if desired.
