Ingredients

- 0.5CupFine semolina
- 0.25CupPowdered sugar
- 0.25To TasteSyrup
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Pistachios
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
Steps

In a pan, melt the ghee and add the semolina, stirring until it turns golden.

Add the powdered sugar and stir until dissolved.

Gradually add the warm sugar syrup while stirring continuously.

In a bowl, add the ground pistachios (and the food coloring if using) to the mixture and mix well.

We shape the dough as desired, fill it with homemade cream, make sure to close it well, and shape it into balls.

Decorate it with pistachios and it is ready to serve.
