Ingredients

  • 1.5CupFull cream milk
  • 1.5CupWhipping cream
  • 1.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Gelatin
  • 0.3CupGranulated sugar
  • 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Mastic
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla

Steps

    In a small bowl, add the gelatin and cover it with almost 2 tablespoons of cold water, then set it aside.

    In a small saucepan, combine the cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and mastic. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture begins to simmer.

    Add the gelatin to the cream-milk mixture and stir until completely dissolved (you can return it to low heat if necessary to fully dissolve the gelatin).

    Pour the mixture into prepared cups and allow it to cool at room temperature. Then refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

    Serve with homemade strawberry sauce, some passion fruit, and a sprinkle of pistachios.
