Ingredients

  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 0.5To TasteStevia sugar
  • 1CupMilk
  • 0.75CupOil
  • 2CupFlour
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Chocolate sauce

Steps

    Add the eggs, vanilla, and sugar to a large bowl and whisk well until combined.

    Add the oil and milk and continue whisking.

    Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and salt in another bowl.

    Gradually add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture and stir until you get a smooth, homogeneous batter.

    Pour three-quarters of the batter into a greased cake pan.

    Mix the cocoa with two tablespoons of milk, then add it to the remaining quarter of the batter and stir until it becomes chocolate.

    Pour the chocolate mixture over the first batter in the pan.

    Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 30 minutes.

    After baking, decorate the cake with chocolate sauce as desired.
