Ingredients

  • 1PacketPowdered Mango Juice
  • 1Cupwater
  • 1Psc.Mango
  • 1Psc.Peach
  • 1Psc.Lemon zest
  • 1CanSoft drink

    Dissolve the Darina mango juice powder in one cup of water.

    Add the diced mango, nectarine, and lemon zest to the mixture.

    Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

    Pour the mixture into a shallow tray and place it in the freezer until fully frozen.

    Once frozen, scrape the surface with a fork to create a granita texture.

    Spoon the granita into serving glasses

    Top with a splash of plain soda water.

    Garnish with a piece of mango or fresh mint/basil, as desired.
